Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are only able to include complimentary chauffer driven transfers to those who upgrade to business class with Air China if they live within 75 miles of London Heathrow, and it is necessary for us to charge a supplement for any who live further.
