How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments following your recent trip to Japan. With regards to Visa in Japan, British Citizens are exempt for this but we still send the visa form details in case anyone on the booking is of a different nationality or has'dual nationality'. Thank you for all your comments and we have duly noted them. Kind regards, Junior
