Thank you for joining us on one of our tours to China. We appreciate your fantastic feedback and praise. Particularly your guide Ruby will be delighted to see that she was able to add value to your Magnificent China tour. It is not uncommon to hear that our groups gel well - we are very happy that this was the case for your group of 21 too! We would also like to thank you for your additional comments made. Kind regards, Shanice

Welcome back from your Angkor to the Bay tour with Wendy Wu! We can see that you have had a fantastic trip with us - thank you for taking the time to share your highlights. We forwarded your kind comments over to your guides who are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time in Vietnam and Cambodia and the service they provided you with. Many of our tours visiting Vietnam and Cambodia incorporate these two beautiful regions, yet still offering varying itineraries for our customers to enjoy. We hope to welcome you back with us in the near future. Kind regards, Shanice

We are constantly striving to satisfy our customers' needs so thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found our guides punctual and knowledgeable and that you were impressed with the overall itinerary on your private tour with us. Thanks for your additional comments. In our tour dossier's that we send to our customers prior to departure, the aim of this is to show you the physical activities involved in sightseeing and travelling during the tour. We recommend that all passengers read this document to ensure the itinerary is suitable for their interests and physical capabilities. We are sincerely apologetic if you feel as if some of the walking was too strenuous. We hope you enjoyed your time on the Yangtze River. The ship on your cruise has been rated as 5* by the Chinese authorities, however we regret if it did not meet your expectations. Thank you for choosing Wendy Wu - we hope to welcome you back on tour with us again! Kind regards, Shanice

Thank you for sharing your valuable review with us. Cruising along the Halong Bay is a tranquil experience and it is gratifying to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your overnight stay aboard your traditional junk boat. As a result of feedback such as yourselves we have now included this night in our 2016 Vietnam Panorama tour! Thank you for choosing Wendy Wu once again and we hope to welcome you back on your third tour with us! Kind regards, Shanice
