Delivery was stated as 48 hours but in fact it took 5 days. I would strongly recommend that your delivery supplier to changed from Royal Mail, as in my experience they are very unreliable, as...

Dear Sir,
You ordered at 19.25 on Thursday 7th Spetember. The package was sent on Friday 8th September via Royal Mail. Royal Mail do not deliver on a Sunday so their view would be that the 48 hours , covering working days, delivery would be Tuesday.
Had you alerted us to your impending departure, we could have sent on a 24 hour priority service.
We are sorry that the Royal Mail service did not meet your expectation as we have found it very dependable
Explain that the water flow is very slow before people buy

Dear David,
If the filter has been fully activated by soaking in line with the instructions, you can easily empty the bottle, 3/4 of a litre in under a minute. Although this is slower than a bottle without a filter, it quenches your thirst and is providing guaranteed filtered, safe, clean drinking water.
You selected our classic black rigid bottle, our active range has a squeezy shell and so you can 'push' through an extra gulp if required.

The product will be very useful for me when travelling in Africa. The downside is the shape of the 500 ml bottle makes it difficult to fit in...

What Stephen Pring said about Water-to-Go:
Drinking through the nozzle is harder than I’d expect even when squeezing the bottle.

Hi Stephen,
Please ensure the filter is fully activated by soaking for at least 15 minutes. This will speed up the flow rate. If you have not used a filter bottle previously, the flow IS slower but that proves that the filter is doing its job and ensuring the water you drink is safe to consume.
If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact us at info@watertogo.international
