Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your honest feedback, Kelli. We completely understand how important compostability is, especially if that was a key reason for choosing us. It’s fair to feel disappointed. At the moment, our pods are certified industrial compostable, but we know that’s not the same as home compostable. The good news is we’re actively working on certified home compostable pods and are expecting them to launch later this year.
