Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Disappointing

Service was ok except far too many annoying emails following purchase. Capsules wouldn’t work in my Nespresso machine -:They are too small !

Love the pods and the coffee, great service and postage. I only have one comment, l bought 2 strengths and put them in a bowl, problem cannot tell the pods apart which is a bit annoying
