How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Sharon, really sorry to hear this! Our Medium blend is 100% Arabica, but it is roasted quite dark to cut through milk (as over 90% of Australians drink their coffee with milk we felt this was appropriate). Great feedback for us to have though, maybe we should look at backing it off a little bit. Glad to hear your daughter loved it… At least it didn’t go to waste! Thanks, Toby : )

Hi Jane, I’m really sorry to hear this. Coffee is subjective and we always knew it was going to be difficult to please everyone with such a limited range.
