It’s a sad fact that so many Timeshares were mis-sold as “investments” with contracts that run for generations, when the fact is that they have become an expensive burden for most. Many of the 1000s of customers we help are either looking to cancel their contracts to prevent the problem passing to their children or, like you, have unwittingly inherited a Timeshare and the associated fee liabilities with it. Thankfully, the annual fees in your case we’re relatively low, but many of the customers we help have had to pay eye-watering annual fees which jump up even higher each year!
