Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Still waiting for delivery after 30 days

They could actually deliver their products! I’ve been waiting for a month now and after 5 email inquiries, all I have received is an automated email from”Rosie” saying that my email was received....

Thankyou so much for responding Emma. Very much appreciated! I was starting to wonder if the company really existed and if I had been duped . I did receive a tracking update today saying that one of my orders had left the UK so I’m happier now. Have a lovely day and I will patiently await my order.

Received my package February 10 and although it took quite some time to get here due to the Royal Mail problems, I am very happy with my purchase. The Luxury #1 soap and body butter smell divine and the lip balm is amazing. The hand cream bar is nothing like I’ve ever tried before but I used it last night before going to bed and this morning my hands feel so soft and moisturizer. Love it all♥️

Why did I buy this?

Communicate with customers. Faster order turnaround. Make customers feel better about risking giving their money to a company overseas. Right now I don’t think it’s worth the bother.
