We do apologise for the poor delivery experience. Our couriers are generally very efficient, but they have had times during he Covid-19 pandemic struggled to meet their usual standards. Regrettably by the time we went to re-send the missing order the zepherine was out of stock so we issued a refund and sent just the Ashwagandha. I am sure however that should you consider ordering with us again you will have no such issue.

We are sorry to hear this. I can see that it did take 5 day to get to you after it was dispatched. We do apologise for this, regrettably this was the middle the of Covid-19 pandemic and there were delays across the whole if the UK courier network, and as such this was outside our control. We are sorry to hear that the tub was damaged in transit however. If we had been made aware at the time we would have been happy to replace this for you.
