Our customer service staff have a good knowledge of our products and I am sorry that they were unable to answer your query to your satisfaction. We will of course look into this further for you. We do admit that at times during the early stages of the lock down that the service wasn't up to the usual level, gladly things are now back to norm and we would hope that you will give us the chance to show you that this was a one off in future.
