Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Customer service was helpful eventually

I did get a replacement and eventually a refund on all the panels. The customer service was slow to help at first but actually did the right thing in the end. Quality control needs to be addressed...
