I am sorry to see you were unhappy with our service and we take our customers views very seriously, as it helps us improve and strive to deliver excellent customer service at all times.I can see you called our office for your policy documents to be sent to you by post. However, you were advised that due to the majority of our staff working from home, we were currently experiencing issues with posting documents and instead we had moved toward emailing digital copies. However, on this occasion, we did manage to post your documents to you and following our telephone conversation yesterday you have now confirmed that you have now received these.
