DHL are not fit for purpose and tell lies, sthey couldn’t gain access

Phones are fine but I had to stay in 3 days until phones finally arrived . I contacted DHL in person and customer services tried to help. They insisted in delivering yesterday, but they were slightly late and I had to cancel an appointment
.Twice they sent emails saying that they hadn’t been able to gain access. The emails were sent before they were even due and my doorbell camera proved they hadn’t been or just walked a little way towards the door and turned tail. Only bought from Panasonic because of previous good experience. Much better service from Amazon, amongst other carriers , but like to spread my purchases.
