Parcel Not Received

Absolutely diabolical service parcel not received. It came up as delivered at 12.25 pm then to be informed by The Pound Store Online it was lost in transit.. Will not be using again in the future.

To clarify for anyone reading, when a courier mistakenly marks a package as delivered without proof of delivery, our support team steps in to investigate and classify it as lost so our customers aren't left out of pocket. We can confirm that your full refund of £38.60 is ready to be processed immediately. As outlined in our email thread, because an open PayPal dispute for £24.85 is currently holding part of the transaction, we need the case closed on your end so PayPal can release the full £38.60 back to you in a single transaction.
