Not a lot! Regular email advising that the required replacement parts were still not available. It took 10 months for the parts to arrive, and the repair completed 11 months after the accident....

We are, in some instances, experiencing issues with parts delays from the manufacturer, which unfortunately are out of our control. We do everything we can to obtain the parts, but in some cases we just cannot get them any sooner.
