Dear John,
Many thanks for providing feedback on your recent claim. We apologise that you were not provided with an automatic courtesy car, however we cannot guarantee an automatic vehicle as courtesy cars are subject to what our repair centres have at the time, and the bodyshop industry is currently experiencing courtesy car shortages.
In terms of the delay in repairing your vehicle, I can see that we had a delay on parts. Unfortunately this is out of our control and due to the lack of availability from the manufacturers. At this present time, there are nationwide parts delays across most vehicle manufacturers unfortunately and we are all doing our best to obtain parts as quickly as we can. Once again please accept our apologies that the service you received was not to our normal standards. I have notified the Jaguar Bodyshop Manager also so that he can address directly with Harwoods.

Dear Mairlen,
Many thanks for providing feedback on your recent claim. Unfortunately some parts are on long lead times from the manufacturers at the moment and this is outside of our control as it is a national issue that the industry is experiencing. Due to the nature of your claim, courtesy cars are provided by our repairer network and automatic courtesy cars are quite rare. With the bodyshop industry also suffering from a severe shortage of courtesy cars, we have to do our best to ensure customers are kept mobile.
Please accept our apologies that the service you received was not of our normal high standard.

Many thanks for providing feedback. We're disappointed that you find our service unprofessional. We endeavour to provide a fully branded service, however there are several parties involved - Verex are the brokers for your policy with Jaguar Insurance and LV are the underwriters for your Jaguar Insurance policy. Kindertons handle claims on behalf of Jaguar Insurance and your calls should all be handled as Jaguar Insurance. I will review the file to ensure that this has been done, and address with the file handlers accordingly. LV will always act as LV as your underwriters. Once again, thank you for your feedback which will enable us to improve on our service to our customers.

Poor communication and too slow.
Repairs not carried out to my satisfaction. Boot damage paint refused by estimator.
