Thanks very much for taking the time to leave feedback for the service your received. With the Butterfly Junior table being 3/4 size, it is not sent out on the standard courier. With this in mind it will be a one man delivery and will take at least three working days. We do try to make this clear in our web listing and confirmation email, but apologies if there was any confusion. Hiya, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Firstly we’re very happy that you’re enjoying your new table. Regarding the delivery, the ex demonstration table was assembled rather than flat packed as is standard. With this in mid, we had to ensure a more specialist delivery to avoid any damages. Apologies for the small wears to the table, these had not been picked up in the website listing. I understand replacement parts have since been sent to you by our team. Hopefully this clears up your issue with the service level offered. Regarding the ex Demo table, this was offered with over £100 discounted off the retail price of the same model.
