At this stage we do not know what booking you are referring to however have made the same aware that you will be calling tomorrow. I would however point out that Holiday Gems Ltd has and would never trade in the way your comments suggest. Should there have been an accommodation issue in resort, all customers are given full 24 hour details and telephone numbers in order that any issue may be investigated for prompt resolution. It does sound like the hotel may have overbooked however, this will be looked into as a matter of priority for you once we are aware of what booking you’r are referring to. In the meantime, we would ask if you could contact your daughter to ask if she has followed the correct procedure and made the in-resort team aware of what has happened.
