We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Seems my intial rating was a little too hasty... First off, thanks Annabel - I've recieved a call regarding my initial contaact with Hiscox, and very briefly they were able to explain a few points about my policy and the pricing that I wasn't happy with. Much happier now with the policy, and very confident of the high standard of customer service that I'll recieve should I need to make a claim. Thanks again.
