How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Response to request for information poor

I submitted 2 requests for information on Spain and Portugal trips. The Portugal one only received an automated response and the Spain one asked for information I had already given, sent an email...

Hi, I am so sorry there seems to have been a mix up with your requests. I can see that Andrew has now booked you a fabulous trip to Transylvania and he will be in touch today to check in with you and make sure you are happy with this. Please don't hesitate to call us if you need anything as we want all our customers to have a seamless booking experience. To read this is very disappointing. Stephanie

This gets worse . If Andrew has booked a trip to Transylvania it's not for me! Once again I have not requested a booking for anything !

Hi I am dreadfully sorry. I have just spoken to Andrew who tells me that our accounts team have mistyped a reference. We are all human and very occasionally a mistake does happen. Please accept my apologies for the confusion and mix up. Regards Stephanie
