Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Good walks in unspoiled wild Catalonia. Not all coastal, but beautiful nevertheless.

Would rate service excellent, except for a difficult transfer from Barcelona airport, through Barcelona and a long,uncomfortable train ride. I think Headwater should re-think this travel plan.
