Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good choice of destination and walking routes. Transfers airport to accomodation and between accomodations could have been slightly better organised.

The arrangements were excellent, and the local reps in Italy, ie Laura and Greg were very helpful. The narrative instruction notes for the different walks were accurate and sufficient for the walks....

Great ride but some boring accommodation

Great ride on excellent tracks. Beautiful country, towns and villages. Would have preferred all small hotels or pensions in the centre of old towns.
