Terrible still not received my product I am taking it further to get my money back as they have no responded to PayPal

Hello and Happy new Year! Thank you for your review and the order in our online store. We have arleady replied to your Paypal notification on Monday 4th January. We haven't received any feedback from you. You placed your order on 23th December at 3.17pm GMT +2. As you may see in our website, we informed all our customers with many different ways that we won't dispatrh any order from 23th December 1pm GMT+2 till 7th January. All informative banners and notifications were well dispalyed in the website. (see here http://prntscr.com/wfs2nb ) If you want to cancel the order please let us know to proceed with refund.
