Perfect relaxation break

Arrival check in was friendly and informative. Even got a glass of bubbles! Everyone from the visitor centre to the retreat were welcoming and friendly.

Absolute peace and quiet, calmness and staff so helpful.

The promptness of the staff rectifying a small detail. We reported it at the Retreat and it was resolved before we got back to the cabin - that's what I call service.
