Very professional setup, no unecessary arrival ceremoney... ed was just what we needed.. no seminars, no group welcome talks... walked in.. handed the keys.. given a glass of fizz.. .that was it.....

It was poor service. We received no apology for being put in a disability cabin. Kitchen with low benches made it very difficult to cook.
