Hello thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you did the test incorrectly. The packs are a 1 use unit hence not getting x2 solutions. We are always more than happy to help our customers if we are made aware by sending extra should it be required. If it's easier for you, we do offer other food intolerance tests that allow you to take a sample from home and then send it to our lab for analysis. Results are quick. This may be a good option for you and we'd be happy to offer you a 1 time discount on one of these tests. Please feel free to contact us at any point, we are more than happy to help.

Thank you for your feedback. The item was shipped to you the day after your purchase. We have been made aware by our couriers that on two occasions you changed the delivery day by contacting them however when they tried to deliver, you were unavailable. We are more than happy to attempt delivery again, alternatively we will provide you with a full refund. We have left you a voicemail on your mobile to see if we can resolve this for you.

Thanks for your response. I haven't received any voicemail. Tried to contact ukmail, no response. By tracking parcel, says consignment didn't arrive, please contact sender for more information, next time says ,,delayed" and asking to rearrange delivery date and day after the same msg. I would like to get full refund please.
