We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your review, we're sorry to hear you were disappointed on this occasion. Whilst our aircraft has a 2+2 seating layout, passenger numbers on each booking are not always even, meaning that on some flights passengers may occasionally be seated separately. Depending on availability, our check-in team may be able to assist with seat changes on the day if requested. Regarding Palma Airport, passengers are required to clear both security and passport control before accessing the departure gate area. We appreciate your comments and will consider whether additional guidance for customers may be helpful. Its lovely to hear you still managed to enjoy the flight, staff on-board and refreshments and we hope that you choose to book with FlyDirect in the near future..

Thank you for your feedback, in your pre-departure paperwork we provide all the information with regards to pre-booked transfers. In Majorca these are managed by TUI and a representative would of been available to help and direct you to the correct transfer. If there was an issue with this, we also provide an emergency telephone number for our clients to call and we could of advised on what to do on the telephone. I am sorry to hear that you had issues upon your arrival into Palma and obtaining your transfer, we hope that doesn't stop you from booking with FlyDirect on another occasion

Majorca - magical

FlyDirect staff are really friendly and helpful. Emails are answered quickly. Phone calls are answered quickly and the staff are very friendly. The food on board the flight was horrible.
