We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Amazing to fly direct to a wonderful location

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear that your journey home from Majorca was so stressful, particularly while travelling with a young baby. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to face such a long queue with limited check-in desks available, followed by the additional walk to drop off the car seat and the rush to reach your gate. We’ll be raising your comments with British Airways to understand what happened and why the check-in arrangements were so difficult on the day. While these airport arrangements are outside of our control, we’re sorry that this put a stressful end to what sounds like an otherwise enjoyable holiday.

Easy, hassle free

Easy booking. Emails kept one informed for flight times and any changes, early reminders of balance payments due and also this year can book single flights which had been amazing.
