I am happy to say that despite the order being a poor experience, as soon as I contacted Allan/Electripoint to raise my disappointment they responded in an extremely prompt, considerate, apologetic and professional manner. I am very happy with the way this has been resolved, and feel reassured that actually customer service/satisfaction is of utmost important to this company, and that my experience was an unusual circumstance rather than how they normally treat customers. One wrong item was sent with order, was easier and quicker for me to buy correct one locally, as it was a low priced item, than to get it replaced. Otherwise service and delivery were very good.
