Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Dear Mr & Mrs C, Thanks for your feedback. I can see that you made your own booking online. I note from your booking form that you either booked both passengers with the same first and surname or your Chrome settings have overwritten the details from a previously saved entry. easyJet should not have charged you to amend your error.
