We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Many thanks for your recent order. I'm sorry you've not received your package just yet. The order was received by us at 18.27pm (GMT) on 28/01/15 - it was picked, packed and despatched by 13.30pm on 29/01/15 and the order is now with the US postal service. As we are based in the UK and your delivery address is the US I think that for a small package we must at least allow a few days for it to arrive. On average deliveries via postal service to the US can take between 4-10 days in our experience. Please do get in touch if you've not seen the package by 10/02/15 and we will resolve accordingly.
