Really disappointed

The condition of my Bach MLV Trumpet valves came back worse I'm hoping Will Spencer can save them (really disappointed).

Dear customer, On behalf of the Dawkes Workshop, I offer our apologies upon hearing of your disappointment with the performance of your vintage Trumpet's worn valves even after a warranty repair mid July.
