Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I tried to buy from a local shop paying a premium to do so. Please use a courier who doesn’t habitually lie and gaslight your customers.

Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you experienced multiple issues with courier delivery and I have raised this with our Operations team to feed back to them directly. Whilst an occasional delay can happen it sounds as though there have been multiple issues with your order and I fully appreciate the frustration that this must have caused. Why use anywhere else

The staff members are always helpful and knowledgeable which is why I will continue to give my custom. Just a shame it was not nearer as I would certainly visit the store.
