Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are sorry that you are not pleased with the delivery time. Having checked your order it seems that the furniture you ordered had a lead time of 16 - 18 weeks and
was delivered in 14 weeks which was within the time expected.
We can only apologise if there was a lack of communication from our stores during this period and would like to offer our assurances that this is not the norm and that customers should be kept informed of the progress of their orders.

Cousins were brilliant to deal with from start to finish! Brilliant value for money and delivered as expected. I'm really happy with my new sofa and chair and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
