Mix up in the warehouse caused a 6 month delay in our bed.
Would not recommend and would not purchase from them again.

We are sorry for the delay to your order. Having looked into our order it appears that all of the stock we had available was brown rather than the black you ordered and we had to order the black bed in from our supplier and can only apologise for the length of time it took to arrive.
We believe that a loan bed was offered and a gesture of goodwill was made by way of apology.
Once again we are sorry that there were issues with your order and hope that you will consider shopping with us again in the future.
