We are sorry that the service you received was not of the standard expected. We have looked into your order and it appears that there was a delay in getting your order from the supplier and we can only apologise for the delay this caused to your receiving your order.
It is normal practice for our stores to call customers to keep them informed of any delays that may impact on their order and can only apologise that this does not seem to have happened in your case.
