staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful but not pushy . Yes having bought several items of furniture recently . I would defianatley recommend Cousins, love the store very spacious and airy.

We are sorry that your experience shopping with us what not of the standard expected and can only apologise for this.
Having looked into your order it seems that the picture arrived from the manufacturer like this and was sent out in the original packaging rather than risk damaging it by opening and repackaging it. Unfortunately, in this case the supplier's original packaging did not adequately protect the picture.
We hope that you will reconsider shopping with us again in the future.
