Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, we do appreciate it.
We understand your frustration that the delivery charge was not communicated clearly to you when you were originally discussing your purchase with the sales person and can only apologise for that.
£49 is, however, our standard delivery charge and this remains the same regardless of the number of items purchased or the distance of the delivery.
We are sorry that you feel that you would not shop with us again and hope that you will reconsider this decision in the future.
