The delivery service was excellent with the delivery men being very curteous and considerate.
The furniture arrived damaged, 3 weeks after being purchased, despite being in-stock. Delivery takes too long and the delivery time cannot be arranged of a convenient time to the buyer.

November and December are our peak months for high volumes of deliveries and availablilty of delivery slots can sometimes be extended. We do plan ahead however we employ our own delivery teams and do not use sub contractor teams to complete local deliveries. We always like all our teams to have an experienced member of staff. Delivery can generally be completed within 48 hours of ordering, if requested.
We have checked and we have no record of your furniture being damaged on delivery and so if you would like us to progress this concern, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on 0121 665 2000 and they will be more than happy to assist.

BUT, we did also want to purchase one of the bronze hares and the salesman said that it would have to be ordered rather than sell the display item. If you can afford to miss a sale rather than sell...
