Had huge problems with delivery of goods from manufacturer,they were excellent about this but Cousins were terrible. Would not buy from them again but would buy from Nolte Mobel

We are sorry that you feel the lead time was to long. We do stock a number of our most popular ranges in all of our departments to reduce the lead time. Unfortunately, your product selection was on forward stock order as we had sold all of our current stock at that time.
The Pre Christmas lead time that you had been quoted at point of sale was the earliest the manufacturer could supply the product to us and i do hope that this will not deter you from shopping with us again in the future.
We weren't kept up to date with the delayed delivery, only found out sofa delayed when we phoned to ask where it was. Delayed by about 1 month in total. Sales team were very good, not over pushy...
