The store has lost a little of its display quality with boxes store around the store and it used to look and feel more exclusive.Maybe a sign of the times

The Hamburg range has been very successful for us along with other ranges we stock from this supplier.
We operate a Customer Service department that would have dealt with your concern regarding the missing fittings. It is most unusual for the fittigns to be short delivered however, we would of course of arranged for some additional fittings to be sent to you in any such instance.
