We have investigated in to your comments and we understand that as we approached your property it became apparant that we were going to be unable to deliver to your address in our normal size vehicles and at that stage you were contacted by a member of our team to discuss this with you. It was infact the Store Manager of our Tyseley Store that you spoke to and he liasied with our Distribution Manager for the team to return the same day in a smaller vehicle. I am sorry if this was not made clear when you were discussing the concern. We have updated our records to ensure that should you place any further orders to this address, we are aware beforehand that we require a smaller vehicle for delivery. We are sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused.

Thank you for your recent feedback. We have noted your comments regarding the transaction charge. We do accept various types of payment and the small surcharge purely covers the transaction cost. Payments by debit card do not incur and charge to process and we also accept cash and cheque as alternative payment methods without a charge. It is normal for any mattress to have settlement on the filling in the high usage areas and we recommend turning/ rotating the mattress on a regular basis to ensure the most even wear.
