We are very sorry for the delay in delivering your order. Having looked at your order this morning the dining chairs were on order with our supplier at the time you placed your order with us and the store contacted you the same day as the chairs arrived into stock.
With regards to the chair padding and upholstery this is controlled by the manufacturer and we have no control over the design and specifications of their products. We will, of course, bear your feedback in mind when purchasing new ranges in the future.
