Although it's great to see you were pleased with your dining set, we're very sorry to hear you were so disappointed with your delivery time. Whilst we endeavor to get all of our items delivered on time or earlier wherever possible, our lead times provide only a guideline schedule and unfortunately high demand on some of our more popular products occasionally means lead times are extended.
We can only apologise that our communication with you was not to our normal high standard and we do hope to see you again at some point in the future.
