We are very glad that you are happy with your footstool and please accept my apologies that you were not called when it came into stock. This is not a usual occurence and we will be investigating why this happened.
The products themselves were really good however the service in store was very slow, the order was taken three times before it was correct. With us knowing exactly what we wanted it shouldn't have...
Bad customer service throughout the whole sales process. Lack of knowledge in product, lack of enthusiasm to sell when we actively wanted to buy, lack of communication regarding delivery etc etc.
