General all round service was good, but the way the payment was requested could have been better- no notice the goods were arriving and then a call to say you need to pay now

The customer service advisors that I came into contact via telephone, were on the whole, very helpful. I collected my chair from the depot at Oldbury & the staff there helped me to put it in my car....
