Good prices and excellent sales staff. Convoluted way to pay and collect.
Surprised when spending such a large amount that they add an expensive delivery charge. Not apparant until already made the decision toi buy. Misleading!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback we are sorry that you are unhappy with the delivery charge. As we are sure you understand furniture delivery is very different to most other types of retail delivery and, as such, costs more. Rest assured that our delivery charge is competitive and we strive to offer an excellent delivery service ofr this price.

Good variety, good customer service. Thought charging for delivery was poor when buying expensive items
