Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. It is greatly appreciated.
We are very sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received.
However, the staff in the store were under the impression that the fitting had gone smoothly.
We have spoken to the sales person who placed your order and the fitter who has informed us that the cover strips were not ordered but the spare strips the fitter had in his van were fitted for you free of charge but he was one short and that when the fitter left he informed you of this and you agreed to purchase and fit your own cover for the last strip.
If you wish to discuss the matter further please do not hesitate to contact the store you purchased from.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
All dealings were polite and courteous. Only rated as good as had to chase delivery a couple of times and would have preferred to have updates initiated by cousins
