Choosing maps that suit all our customers is a tricky balancing act between detail, readability for a wide range of walkers, and pack size/weight. We regret we didn't get it right for you. A map shop of sorts might be a good fix, but there's a bit of hidden complexity when it comes to writing our custom directions to suit a wider range of print materials. For any prospective walkers who'd similarly prefer a wider view of the area and would like to purchase their own Ordnance Survey maps, the Dales Way Highlights is covered almost in its entirety by OL2 and OL30, with the missing final stretch into Sedburgh covered either by Cicerone's booklet or OL19. We note that the booklet provided with your Holiday Pack covers the trail concisely and works well for straightforward navigation.
